Comprehensive technical support for the Hubspace platform is available at no extra charge to anyone who has a Hubspace website subscription.
This includes sending an unlimited number of requests, questions and queries by email to our people about any aspect of how to set up and manage the features of our software. We'll get back to you with whatever you need to be fully satisfied including, if necessary, step by step instructions with visuals.
The "Stroll" Package
£79 Per Month
With the "Stroll" package you can also telephone us with your queries on the Hubspace platform.
The "Stride" Package
£129 Per Month
All of the above, plus your emails are no longer limited to Hubspace - we'll also support you in using a wide range of connected and complementary third party services. This includes all of our integration partners, plus the majority of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Digg, Delicious etc.
Again you can send an unlimited number of requests, questions and queries by email to our people about any aspect of these services. We'll get back to you with whatever you need to be fully satisfied including, if necessary, step by step instructions with visuals.
The "Sprint" Package
£249 Per Month
As above, plus:
- You can also telephone us for help with any of the third-party services we support.
- One training, coaching, sharing and development day per month with up to twelve co-participants. Each day will provide practical support to help you move your internet capability forward, focussing on whichever issues you and the other participants feel most in need of covering.
The "Soar" Package
£749 Per Month
As above, plus one dedicated one-on-one development day per month (or two half-days) with one of our senior consultants. Each day focusses on whatever is most important to you.
This can include specific training tailored to your needs, coaching / mentoring to help you work through any issues that might be holding you back, or just performing administrative and website management tasks to your instruction.
