Process for Commissioning a Pro Site

Below is the rough process for commissioning a Hubspace Pro Website Package, though we're flexible to changing situations and may not go in exactly this order in practice.

1. You fill out our website requirements questionnaire.
    
2. We discuss your requirement, whether we can help you and whether it fits our £595 package. You decide whether or not to go ahead. Assuming you do go ahead:
    
3. You pay us a 50% deposit of £297.50 or:
   Begin the twelve payments of £59 per month by credit card (making a total of £708 over the year).
    
4. You send us all of the branding / corporate ID material that you have (logos, images, colours, photographs, examples of your work if you're an artist of some kind etc). *
    
5. We:
   
   • Consult with you on your navigation structure and the modules you require.
   • Produce an initial design.
      
6. If the intial design isn't quite right, you feed this back and we return with another iteration. This can happen one more time within the price (i.e. up to three design iterations in total).
    
7. We:
   
   • Build your site and create your pages (example content only).
   • Provide you with access to your site at a temporary address.
   • Provide you with up to two hours of training on how to update the site.
      
8. You begin paying the monthly subscription to access the service - usually £12 per month. More advanced subscriptions are also available.
    
9. You update your site with content.
    
10. You tell us the site's ready and we take it live!
     
11. If you paid a deposit, you now pay the £297.50 balance due, making a total of £595 ** or:
    If you chose the monthly installments option, this just continues until the twelve payments are completed.

* As an alternative, we can send you our Design Partner Pack, which gives you everything you need to create a design in the Hubspace structure, including template files for Photoshop and/or Fireworks.

** The balance is due within two months of delivery so points 8 and 9 are reversed if you take longer than two months to complete the site content. However, this will have no effect on how seriously we take any issues after that point - Hubspace is a subscription service and it's very important to us that you remain delighted with it.
